We are committed to ensuring that your wine reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on wine for reasons of personal taste.

Damaged Shipments:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a bottle that has been damaged during shipping (e.g., broken bottle, leakage), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Your Email Address. Please include a photo of the damaged items in your email. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement of the damaged bottles or issue a refund for the affected items.

Flawed Wine (e.g., "Corked"):
We stand behind the quality of our wines. In the rare event you believe you have received a flawed or "corked" bottle, please do not pour it out. Simply put the cork back in the bottle, leaving the remaining wine inside. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase at Your Email Address to arrange for the return of the flawed bottle. Once we receive the bottle and confirm the flaw, we will gladly send you a replacement.
