Shipping policy

We are committed to getting your wine to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policies below.
1. Adult Signature Required
By law, all wine shipments require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older upon delivery. The carrier is required to check a valid, government-issued photo ID. We cannot ship wine to P.O. boxes.
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship all orders via licensed common carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) to ensure full compliance with all federal and state laws. At this time, we do not ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
3. Shipping Destinations
Due to ever-changing state laws, our shipping destinations are managed by our compliance partner, Vinoshipper. The component below will display the most current list of states we are licensed to ship to. It may also use your location to inform you if we can ship directly to your state.
If your state is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to ship to you at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
4. Processing and Transit Times
Orders are typically processed and packed within [e.g., 1-3] business days. Standard ground shipping transit times can vary from 2 to 7 business days depending on your distance from our winery in Paso Robles, California. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
5. Weather Considerations (Shipping Holds)
Wine is a perishable product and can be damaged by extreme heat or cold during transit. During periods of extreme weather, we may, at our discretion, temporarily hold your shipment to protect its quality. If your order is placed on a weather hold, we will notify you via email.
6. Missed Deliveries
The carrier will typically make three attempts to deliver your package. If you are not home to sign for the delivery, the carrier may leave a note with instructions for pickup at a local facility. If the package is not claimed after three attempts, it will be returned to our winery.
Orders that are returned to us are subject to a restocking fee, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like us to re-ship the order, you will be responsible for the new shipping charges. We strongly recommend shipping to a business address or a location where you know an adult will be available to sign during standard delivery hours.
